Where we ship
ZENN currently ships across India to all states and union territories via our logistics partner Shiprocket.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery timeline

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 4-5 business days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4-7 business days
Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999
Orders below ₹999: flat ₹79 shipping fee

Important — fragrance shipping
All ZENN fragrances are alcohol-based EDPs and are classified as flammable liquids. All bottles are securely bubble-wrapped and packaged to prevent damage or leakage during transit.

Order tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to track your delivery in real time.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged — photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours at zennofficial.connect@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
