Our 6-8 Hours Longevity Guarantee

At ZENN, we stand behind every fragrance we make. If your ZENN EDP does not last a minimum of 6-8 hours on your skin, we will give you a full refund — no questions asked.

How to claim:

Spray 3-4 times on clean, dry skin on your wrist or neck
Test in normal indoor or outdoor conditions
If the scent fades before 6 hours — email us at zennofficial.connect@gmail.com with subject line "Longevity Guarantee Claim"
Share a photo of the bottle showing the batch number
Full refund processed within 7 business days — you keep the bottle.

You do not need to return the bottle to claim this guarantee. We trust you.

Standard Returns — Unopened Products Only

Changed your mind before opening? Return within 7 days of delivery in original sealed packaging for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken atomizer — photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and email us at zennofficial.connect@gmail.com. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened bottles are not eligible for standard returns — but ARE eligible for the 6-Hour Longevity Guarantee if the scent doesn't last.
